Location: CBA
Observation: Worked for 18 years, came back to college, 3rd year, majoring in Business, minoring in Accounting, had ADHD
Interpretation:
We meet Jermy in the lobby in the College of Business Administration. We learned that he worked different jobs for 18 years before coming back to college. We also learned that ADHD affects the way that he studies. He has to read through his notes 4 or 5 times before he can remember it. This is significant because it emphasizes the importance of determination, and what can be achieved with it.
 
Name: Hailey
Location: The Lutheran student center
Observation: Usually studies in the Lutheran Center, free coffee, usually quiet later in the day, usually does the homework that’s due first first, Good note taker
Interpretation:
We meet Hailey in the Lutheran student center. She was working on a paper and drinking the free coffee provided. She was whiling to answer our questions and had good responses. We were amazed to realize that through good note taking she didn’t have to study very much for her quizzes/tests. This is significant because it shows us a better way to take notes.

Location: Visitors Center
Observation: Studying for a test in a hour, starts studying 3 days before quiz or test, by rereading the section and rewriting her notes, Likes to study at home, or the coffee shop, studies 4-5 hours for tests, and 2-3 for homework
Interpretation:
We meet Bailey at the Visitors Center while she was studying for a test. She likes to study for her tests 3 days before it for 4-5 hours each day. And studies 2-3 hours for her homework. We were amazed to realize that she studies better by rewriting her notes to better remember them.  This is significant because is shows that by rewriting your notes you can better remember them for the quiz or test

Location: Henzlik Hall lobby
Observation: Broadcasting major, Prefers to study at home where its quiet, rereads chapter, looks at practice problems, Crams before test, the Journalism Center is a good place to study
Interpretation:
We meet Brent and Henzlik Hall while he was studying before class. He prefers to study at home where it is quiet. Studies by looking at practice problems, and rereading the chapter. We were amazed to realize that the journalism Center is a good place to study because there aren’t a whole lot of people. This is significant because we learn of a new place to study that is quiet.
